How It Works

The Photo Collage Maker arranges your uploaded photos on a single canvas using the layout you choose, then lets you export the result as one image. Everything runs locally in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API.

Layouts:
  • Grid: Photos placed in equal cells across the chosen number of columns. Each photo is cropped (cover) to fill its cell.
  • Mosaic (masonry): Columns keep their width but rows follow each photo's natural aspect ratio, creating a Pinterest-style layout with no cropping.
  • Single Row / Column: Line every photo up in one horizontal row or vertical stack.

Adjustments

  • Spacing: The gap between photos.
  • Border / Frame: The margin around the whole collage.
  • Corner Radius: Rounds the corners of each photo.
  • Aspect Ratio: Forces the collage into a fixed shape (square, 16:9, etc.) or fits the content automatically.
  • Background Color: Fills the spacing, border, and any empty area.
